Crafted specifically for our travel chalkboards, this bag holds up to six 5 ½" x 7" boards  but can also make a great carrier for pencils, coins, and small keepsakes.     FAQs

    How long will it take for my order to ship?

    Order processing takes around two weeks as each chalkboard is handmade. During busy periods, like holidays, this timeframe could be longer. Orders without personalized items may ship sooner.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Unfortunately we do not ship to any countries outside of the U.S. except for Canada at this time. 

    Shipping prices to Canada vary depending on your destination and weight. You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes. 

    What is your return policy?

    Returns for stock items are accepted. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your chalkboard(s) if you would like to initiate a return or make an exchange for something else in the shop of equal value. If your item was damaged in transit please send photo evidence of the packaging and damage so that we can remedy the situation accordingly.

    We do not accept returns on NQP (not quite perfect) or discontinued items.

    RETURN SHIPPING

    Return shipping is at the expense of the customer and we issue a refund in the form of the payment that was processed once we have received the returned item(s) less a $5 restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on boards that have been used or that arrive damaged to us due to insufficient return packaging. 

    CUSTOM ORDERS

    We cannot accept returns on custom orders (personalized chalkboards) unless it is due to a mistake on our end (i.e. misspellings, wrong color, etc.). Each item is made specifically for you and we do our best to communicate all the details that we need before proceeding with your order.
